Regularly used by locals and various organisations, clubs, and individuals, the hall hosts a wide range of events. From Cubs and Scouts, Brownies and Girl Guides, to the WI, History Club, Young Farmers, and Pilates, the hall is a versatile venue. Itβs perfect for birthdays, christenings, weddings, seasonal events, and fell races, making it an ideal spot for various social gatherings.
The hall offers ample space to meet all your needs. Whether you require the entire hall or specific rooms, we can accommodate your requirements. There are two large rooms, one downstairs and one upstairs, suitable for meetings or functions hosting 15 to 100 people per room. Additionally, we have a small terrace room, perfect for intimate meetings or social events, with access to an outdoor patio area.
Our facilities include a large, well-equipped kitchen downstairs and a small kitchenette upstairs, ideal for serving teas, coffees, or as a bar area. The hall is equipped with ladies' and gents' toilets, showers, and a disabled toilet. For easy access to the first floor, there is also a lift.
